Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Signalead LLC (“Signalead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit signalead.ai, complete our assessments (the Signal Pulse, Signal Profile™, and related tools), or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you fill out a form, request the white paper, book a call, take an assessment, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company/organization, role or title, the reason for your inquiry, message content, and your responses and resulting scores from the Signal Pulse or Signal Profile™ assessment.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and timestamps, for security, performance, and diagnostics.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use only the cookies necessary to operate and secure the site and to load embedded services (for example, scheduling or fonts). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Services — deliver assessments, generate your personalized report, and respond to your requests;
- To communicate with you about your inquiry, the Founding Cohort, or products you’ve expressed interest in;
- With your consent, to send you the white paper or other materials you request;
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the site and our assessments;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Research use & de-identified data
Signalead’s instrument is undergoing academic validation with Dr. Mustafa Akben at Elon University. Only with your permission, your assessment responses may be used in this validation research in de-identified form — meaning direct identifiers are removed and results are analyzed in aggregate. You can decline research use without affecting your access to the Services.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that help us operate the Services, under agreements limiting their use of your data — including web hosting and form handling (Netlify), workflow automation (Zapier), customer relationship management and email (HubSpot), scheduling (Calendly), email delivery and forwarding (ImprovMX, Resend), and web fonts (Google Fonts).
- Our academic research partner (Elon University), only as described in Section 3 and only with your consent.
- Professional advisors and, where Signalead™ is delivered through Jack Ryan Advisory, that firm, as needed to deliver the Services you’ve engaged.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion as described below.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as government IDs or financial account numbers) through our forms.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. This includes rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) for California residents, and the EU/UK GDPR for individuals in those regions. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. 8. International users
We are based in the United States and process data here. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
