Get a directional read on how your leadership shows up in AI-driven work: where your signal is strongest, and where your next opportunity may sit.
A directional self-read, grounded in research with 1,191 working leaders across six independent samples.
Answer for what you actually do most weeks. If your organization's AI use is still early, answer for what you do with the AI you have.

One statement for each of the eleven dimensions, grouped by signal, with your answer beside it. The Signal Profile™ measures each dimension through two to five behaviors, with three items per behavior: 36 behaviors in all.
Take five minutes. Read the eleven statements once and mark two: the one that surprised you, and the one you would want your team to notice. Then show the list to one person on your team and ask two questions: Does this match what you see? Which one would you notice first if it changed? Their answers give you an informal second view. The Signal Profile 360™ gathers structured observer ratings of the same behaviors.

| One statement for each of the 11 dimensions | 108 items: three for each of the 36 behaviors |
| How often you report each statement, from your own view | Each behavior placed against reference distributions from 601 working leaders |
| Three signals and one practice to try | All 11 dimensions, and the one behavior to develop first, with a matched routine |

The Signal Profile™ is built on a psychometrically developed instrument, developed and independently tested with 1,191 working leaders across six independent samples, with content validity evaluated by 199 doctoral-level expert judges. The Pulse is a short directional read from the same framework and has not been separately validated. For development only; not for hiring, promotion or pay decisions.
In our validation research with 601 working leaders, each behavior was rated by about 200 of them. The five least-reported of the 36 behaviors were all standing routines or decisions made before the evidence is complete, such as running recurring AI experiments on real work. The most-reported was making it safe to ask for help with AI.
For a leadership population, the Signalead™ Team & Organization Signal Report counts how many leaders report each behavior, using each leader's full Signal Profile™.
Research description only. Your Pulse uses a different, shorter scale and is not compared with these leaders.
Signalead™ reads three signals that leaders send in AI-driven work. Inner shapes the leader: how you learn and adapt with AI. Outward shapes the team: how you build your team's learning with AI. Grounded shapes the organization: how you set boundaries and judge AI output. The model links them in a chain: leadership signal, team learning, workflow change, business value.
